Weddings, engagements, milestone celebrations, or high-stakes corporate summits—on life’s most memorable occasions, your choice of vehicle sets the tone for prestige and elegance.
Baku has a vibrant market for luxury and wedding car rentals. From sleek German executive sedans to iconic VIP SUVs, choosing the right car and securing transparent pricing makes all the difference.
1. Top Wedding & VIP Vehicles in Baku
The most popular motorcade and bridal choices across Baku include:
| Tier | Popular Models | Primary Occasion | Rate Benchmark (Day/Hours) |
|---|---|---|---|

| Ultra-Prestige | Mercedes-Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley | High-end wedding ceremonies & photo shoots | 400 – 1200 AZN / day |
| Status SUV / 4x4 | Mercedes G-Class (G-Wagen), Toyota LC 300 | Groom’s motorcade, VIP entourage | 250 – 600 AZN / day |
| Vintage & Retro | GAZ-21 Volga, classic cabriolets | Stylized weddings & cinematic photo shoots | 150 – 350 AZN / day |
2. Who Will Drive on the Wedding Day?
Cars on Carent are rented self-drive: only the person whose documents were verified at booking may drive. Keep this in mind when planning:
- The driver should make the booking. If the groom will be busy, a close friend or relative should book the car in their own name and complete the pickup photo report themselves.
- Don't hand over the keys. Letting an unverified person drive is prohibited and can void insurance cover.
- Check the age limit. Owners of luxury and premium cars often set a minimum age of 21 or 24, shown in the listing.
- Rent for 1–2 days. Picking the car up the day before leaves time for decoration, washing and photo shoots.
3. 4 Important Tips When Booking Event Cars
- Reserve 2–3 Weeks Ahead: Peak wedding season (spring, summer, and early autumn) creates heavy competition for white and black luxury sedans.
- Car Decoration Guidelines: Confirm that floral ribbons or decorations do not use corrosive adhesives or sharp metal wires that might scratch the clear coat.
- Plan Your Photo Itinerary: Factor in peak-hour traffic between Baku Boulevard, White City, Heydar Aliyev Center, and Old City (Icherisheher).
- Detailing & Polishing: Ensure the car arrives detailed, polished, and immaculate for camera-ready aesthetics.
